Father in The Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, thank You for this day, for Your Word, for who you Are. Thank You for being I AM. We welcome Your Presence into the study of Your Word. Holy Spirit, welcome. Jesus, Lover of our souls, we welcome You Lord. Amen.
Today let’s talk about the beginning of all the troubles we go through and the Solution. Today we look at the trouble, tomorrow we look at the Solution.
Genesis 3:6-11
6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.
9 And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
Genesis 3:21.
21 Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
At this time, man had been created, given Instructions and been made for Eve. The point to note here is that Eve wasn’t the one Given the Instructions; Adam was. At this point in our story, Eve has been tricked, in the absence of Adam and she has eaten of the forbidden fruit and gave some to Adam and he slept.
We are at the point where The Lord is walking in the garden…
What does this part tell you as a person? From the sharing of the fruit in Verse 6 to Verse 11?
Sometimes we sin without knowing and we involve other people who are aware of the sin yet thy don’t tell us its wrong and the Lord comes to our rescue and we run away from him while he is seeking for us
When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.
Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden.
“But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?””
Adam knew the Instructions that God Had Given him…. But he still went ahead and ate the fruit.
Most times, we know the right way/path,but we choose to ignore it and do the opposite. In so doing, we have done what is called a sin. Please notice that Eve didn’t know what had been said between Adam and God. Most times, the Luke warm Christian and the non-Christian don’t know the Instructions Given to you by God. They invite you to sin out of ignorance, but you make a choice to go against the instructions with the full knowledge that you are sinning.
Their eyes were opened, in other words, they came to an understanding or a realization that something had been lost, and for the first time ever, they saw their nakedness. All this time they were free. Do you know why? They WERE clothed by God’s Glory, but the disobedience caused that Glory to depart from them and left them naked.
When we sin, what do we feel? We feel like something has changed within us… That’s a loophole we have willingly created in the hedge of fire God Surrounds His Children with. Your conscience kicking in is you finding yourself naked. So what did these two do?
THEY SEWED THEMSELVES CLOTHES… from what? LEAVES.
That’s what we do. We try hide what we have done from those around us and are NOT willing to pay the price. You see, everything you DO comes back to you 7 times. Anything good, comes back, anything bad, comes back. Every action causes a reaction, it’s the way of nature. You sin, you set of a chain of reaction in the universe. That’s why the world is so harsh. We are raping the earth, and sinning and all the effect we are feeling but we don’t repent, we sew leaves to cover us. You will understand this part in a while when I say, no price is paid.
The two heard The Lord, and they HID. We hide when we sin. It’s a trick the devil uses to stop your communion with God.
In Verse 9,God Asks, WHERE ARE YOU? Do you think God Doesn’t Know where you are? He Does. He just Seeks a way to let YOU make the choice to come out of hiding and present yourself.
Today The Lord Asks.WHERE ARE YOU? (insert your name); because though you have sinned, He Still doesn’t Cast you aside, He Still Seeks you. Your Father in Heaven STILL Loves you enough to look for you as you hide.
In verse 10, the man comes out… Remember The Lord Called the man and says he heard The Lord, BUT since he is naked, he hid. He says HE WAS AFRAID. The Bible Says The Lord Does not Give us the spirit of fear. That’s from the devil. When you sin, and you hide yourself and your sin, fear dominates your life, and you still are uncovered.
Look at what Jehovah, The Lord of the universe Says; Glory be to Him!
WHO TOLD YOU THAT YOU WERE NAKED?!!!
Sister, who told you that you were a failure? Who told you that you cannot make it?! Who told you that your life will never amount to anything?! Who told you that you were poor, a sickling, hated, rejected? WHO TOLD YOU?!!!???? Remember what we have learnt something far, of your Royalty, of The Love that Hold you, of all things working out in your favour. WHO TOLD YOU?! God HAD Clothed Adam. But until that point, he didn’t know it… How many times and in how many ways does God cover you and yu have no idea?
Let me tell you wapendwa… Kwangu Hakuna dawa… Why? The Lord Has kept us from sicknesses…. That’s how I know my Tithe is not in vain. He covers you in many ways…Open your eyes and SEE. The Lord Asked Adam if he had eaten of the tree… What sin has The Lord Asked you to get rid of? Where Has He told you not to go?!… What fruit have you tasted?
In the background of all this, is Genesis 3:21
The Lord Made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them. Why is this Verse Profound? In the fact that BLOOD WAS SHED.
Sisters, did you know that a blood covenant is one of the strongest covenants, followed by a sex covenant? God shed the blood of an animal to cover these two. He Made a Sacrifice, HE Paid a Price for this two… Remember the leaves? There was no sacrifice in that covering but in THIS Covering, a price was paid for the remission/forgiving of this sin and from here until the day Christ Died for us, Israel offered blood on an altar to cover the sins of the people
Through Jesus, your sins were paid for. Please don’t hide anymore.
That’s the message today, yes, we have all sinned, yes we have all fallen short of His Glory, but DO NOT HIDE. Your price has been paid. Go boldly to your Father, and Allow Him to wipe away your tears… And to cover you once more. That’s His only Wish… To have a relationship with you. His Love.

Father, In The Name Of Your Sin Yahshua. Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for Your Love, thank You for Your Presence. Lord, Draw us to you, may we always seek You, commune with You, love You, for You First Loved us. Holy Spirit, thank You Lord for Your Presence, we love You, Lord Jesus, thank You Son of David.
